Dr. Eve Meceda is the founder and President of Lion’s Leap Coaching LLC. For more than a decade she has worked with the senior leaders of many of the world’s leading organizations on issues related to leadership, people management, motivation, performance and communication.
A veteran of more than 1,000 public-speaking engagements, she has addressed audiences of all types:

With a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and more than a decade of experience working with executives around the world, Dr. Meceda brings a unique combination of intellectual rigor and practical business experience to each client engagement. A gifted teacher and performer, her credibility and charisma have wowed audiences from Australia to Norway.
She is a firm believer in the fact that people learn best under certain key conditions, and her speaking and coaching work incorporates these principles:

Prior to founding Lion’s Leap Coaching, Dr. Meceda spent many years as a Senior Director at Corporate Leadership Council, a research and consulting firm headquartered outside of Washington, DC. She obtained her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan, which she attended on a National Science Foundation Fellowship. She received her B.A. in Psychology summa cum laude from the University of Virginia.
