“During the roundtable discussion, Eve won over some of the most senior executives in North America. I have scheduled two sessions with her in the near future because of the impact she had that day and the impact our CEO feels she will have in the future. I could not have asked for a better result.”

Take Individual and Organizational Performance to the Next Level

An expert in the areas of leadership, people management, performance, motivation and communication, Dr. Meceda offers a variety of coaching and consulting services to her clients around the world.

Coaching engagements are designed to help an individual or group within an organization improve their performance and/or confidence in a specific area of focus, such as people management skills or public-speaking skills. Coaching sessions are usually spread out over a period of time to allow for opportunities to put new skills into practice and receive constructive feedback.

Consulting engagements are designed to address organizational-level challenges such as increasing employee performance or improving employee motivation across the entire employee population (or in targeted segments of the population). Engagements are generally structured around five key activities: (1) investigation; (2) diagnosis; (3) recommendation; (4) execution; and (5) follow-up.

Eve on Destiny:

“I think I was destined to be a coach of some kind. I’m told that as a child, I would sit on the curb outside my preschool trying to teach all the other kids how to tie their shoes. Apparently I got a little frustrated if they didn’t pick it up right away…but I like to think that my teaching techniques (and patience) have improved somewhat since then!”
